This is all dependent on the item(s) have not been used or opened and is returned in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs occurred, which is the customers responsibility.

Customers returning goods that are either damaged or have defects, our team will investigate the claim and check it against the products first. Any damage caused by accident, misuse or wear and tear will not be acceptable. If we believe that our product(s) are damaged and faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange for the product(s). Any postal charges that may have occurred in regard to fault claims that are successful will be refunded, up to a maximum of £9.99 if proof of postage is provided.
