DELIVERY

All deliveries to the UK will be dispatched between 1-3 working days and delivery can take up to 5 to 7 working days. If you order a bat that requires knocking in then please allow another 10-14 working days, this can be longer during peak cricket season.

Delivery to Europe will take up to 7 to 14 working days, without knocking in.

Delivery costs will begin from £7.99 postal charge for orders under £99. Any orders above £99 will be free to the UK only.

Any orders that will from outside of UK, please contact us before purchase to confirm the exact shipping costs as it will be determined by the weight of the product(s),

If orders are small items that can manage to fit through the letter box, larger orders will require the customer to sign for the delivery. Please try to make sure someone is at home to sign for the delivery as most postal companies will only attempt to deliver once or you will have to either collect from the local depot or item(s) could be returned to us and you will have to contact us for further information. Please note that due to some cases, there can be a surcharge which will result in the customer being asked to pay pending investigation.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Customers can cancel orders before orders are dispatched at any time. Any orders cancelled after the item(s) are dispatched will then have to wait for the order to arrive and then contact us for more information. Most cases we will request the customer to return the order(s) back to us within 7 working days in the original packaging, but postage will be upon the customer’s cost.

Exchanges & Refunds

We aim to provide Exceptional service in terms of merchandise and customer service towards buyers. All our products come with a 7- working day money back guarantee. This is all dependent on the item(s) have not been used or opened and is returned in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs occurred, which is the customers responsibility.

Customers returning goods that are either damaged or have defects, our team will investigate the claim and check it against the products first. Any damage caused by accident, misuse or wear and tear will not be acceptable. If we believe that our product(s) are damaged and faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange for the product(s). Any postal charges that may have occurred in regard to fault claims that are successful will be refunded, up to a maximum of £9.99 if proof of postage is provided.

Please note any custom orders or personalisation will not be refunded.

Cricket bats Warranty

Ares Sports Ltd offers a 3-month warranty from the date the bat is purchased (including knocking in). Any cricket bat(s) that wish to be returned must be done within 7 working days in its original packaging and condition.

Ares Sports Ltd team reserve the right to remove the warranty for the bats under the following:.

All Bats will be assessed by our team and will advise the customers what action to take and if it complies with the warranty. We will not carry out any work on the bats that come of a cost until it is liaised with the customer.

Any repairs that comply with the warranty will be free of charge. If the bat is beyond repair, we can offer a discounted replacement depending on the condition of the bat. We do not offer any refund once the bat has been used and if it has been damaged.

If the customer has any issues with the bat(s) they can contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to provide any necessary information/advice to help the customer. Please remember that any damage that is not treated as soon will be classed as neglect which will also void the warranty.
